We are Investimenti Immobiliari Italiani Sgr S.p.A. (INVIMIT Sgr S.p.a.), a company with capital wholly owned by the Ministry of Economy and Finance. Our goal is to seize the opportunities arising from the process of valorization and divestment of public real estate assets, operating with market logic and managing closed-end real estate mutual funds, as provided for in Articles 33 and 33-bis of Decree Law 98/2011.

Our operations are part of a broader plan to rationalize and enhance the value of the assets of the State, Territorial Public Entities and other public entities, while also contributing to the reduction of public debt, particularly with regard to the State and Territorial Public Entities.

One of the guiding principles of our activity is to carry out redevelopment and regeneration processes that avoid the increase in land consumption. Given the complex nature of this mission, we collaborate with key players already involved in the redevelopment of public assets, including Cassa Depositi e Prestiti and Agenzia del Demanio, to maximize the effectiveness of our operations.

We have also initiated a collaboration with the National Association of Italian Municipalities (ANCI) to create, with the support of the Institute for Local Finance and Economy (IFEL) and the ANCI-Common Heritage Foundation, a center of expertise specifically for the valorization of the real estate assets of local governments.
