We are the asset management company wholly owned by the Ministry of Economy and Finance, founded in March 2013 with the aim of offering collective asset management services. We do this by promoting, establishing, organizing and managing the assets of closed-end real estate investment trusts, real estate funds and other collective investment schemes, both Italian and foreign.
We operate both through direct funds and through “Funds of Funds,” established by local governments.

Our mission is to contribute to the development and valorization of public real estate assets through urban-building leverage and through in-depth regeneration that includes energy conservation and reduction of environmental impact, with the aim of reducing public debt and generating economies of scale in the area, to stimulate development.
