In addition to being promoters and direct managers of real estate Funds, we operate through Funds of Funds, with a particular focus on the valorization and divestment of public real estate assets.
This mode of investment makes it possible to broaden the scope and optimize the use of resources, contributing to the rationalization and regeneration of public assets.
FUND OF FUNDS – i3 Core
The Fund of Funds “i3 Core – Real Estate Closed-End Investment Fund with Subfunds” was established on February 27, 2014 and is wholly owned by INAIL (National Institute for Insurance against Accidents at Work). This instrument allows it to operate by investing both in funds established and managed directly by Invimit SGR SpA and in funds managed by third parties.
Structure and Evolution of the Fund
Initially, the Fund was divided into two distinct sub-funds:
– Land Portfolio
– State Subfund
Each sub-fund had its own asset entity and specific investment strategies. However, as of March 1, 2018, the two sub-funds were merged to optimize operational and administrative efficiency, as well as to generate economies of scale.
Investment Policy

– Real estate funds managed directly by Invimit SGR SpA, with the aim of contributing to the reduction of public debt.
