Mario VALDUCCI
Chairman

Mario Valducci was Chairman of the IX Transport, Posts and Telecommunications Commission at the Chamber of Deputies and Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Productive Activities, with delegated powers in the aerospace, industrial and energy sectors. He has served as CEO at Onda Mobile Communication S.p.A. and has been a consultant to financial institutions and public projects. He has been active academically as an Adjunct Professor at LUISS Guido Carli University and the University of Cassino, teaching economics and accounting subjects. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University, where he specialized in marketing.

Stefano SCALERA
Managing Director

Stefano Scalera has been director of Agenzia del Demanio, a position he held since 2014, and a member of the Board of Directors of Invimit Sgr S.p.A. since 2015. He has significant experience in the Ministry of Economy and Finance, where he worked on privatization and the management of public real estate assets. He holds a degree in Economics and Commerce and specializes in the management and enhancement of public assets.

Michela SCIURPA
Board member

Michela Sciurpa is Sole Director of Sviluppumbria, the Regional Agency for Economic Development of Umbria. She has served as a partner and head of external and institutional relations for Vitakraft Italia through the family holding company. In addition, she worked as a consultant for the OECD in Paris and was a lecturer in Business Strategy at the Moscow University of Finance. She holds a B.A. in International Relations, a Ph.D. in SME Internationalization, a Master's degree in Diplomatic Studies and a specialization in International Trade from Columbia University. She is founder and president of UMBRE, a business network uniting five Umbrian women entrepreneurs.

Carla CAPPIELLO
Independent Director

Carla Cappiello served as president of the Order of Engineers of the Province of Rome from 2013 to 2022 and, since 2019, has also been president of the Foundation of the Order of Engineers of the same province. She has served on the High Oversight Commission for university projects and several technical and prefectural commissions. A freelancer, she has extensive experience in arbitration, testing and technical consulting. She holds a degree in engineering and has been a member of the Order of Engineers of the Province of Rome since 1987.

Mario AGNELLI
Independent Councilor

Mario Agnelli is Mayor of Castiglion Fiorentino, a position to which he was first elected in 2014 and reappointed in 2019. He is a consultant for small and medium-sized businesses in the tourism, hospitality and sports sectors, specializing in asset management and economic-financial planning. He has management experience in financial institutions such as Banca Toscana, Intesa San Paolo Group, Cortal Consors (BNP Paribas) and Macquarie Bank Italia. He holds a diploma as a Commercial Accountant from the Technical Commercial Institute “Francesco Laparelli” in Cortona. At the same time, he is active in the social and sports fields, holding roles in local associations and football federations.

Barbara FILIPPI
Chair

Barbara Filippi is a senior executive at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Department of the State General Accounting Office, a role she has held since February 2023. Previously, she was a second-level executive in the same Department from 2006 to February 2023, with specific responsibilities in monitoring health accounts and managing financial relations with the regions. From 2001 to 2006, she served as an economic-financial analyst at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, while between 1996 and 2001 she worked as an administrative assistant. Before that, she was administrative secretary of department at the University of Bologna from 1995 to 1996.

Marina SCANDURRA
Statutory Auditor

Marina Scandurra is currently the Extraordinary Commissioner of Gruppo Tecnis S.p.A., a company operating in the large infrastructure works sector. Since July 2023, she has also held the position of Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Italia Trasporto Aereo S.p.A. and is a Statutory Auditor in companies such as Rai Pubblicità S.p.A. and Daimler Truck Financial Services Italia S.p.A. She has acquired solid experience as a technical consultant in criminal and civil proceedings, with a particular focus on banking, corporate and bankruptcy crimes. She holds a degree in Economics and Commerce and is a member of both the Register of Certified Public Accountants and the Register of Auditors.

Giovanni FULCI
Statutory Auditor

Giovanni Fulci has been a chartered accountant registered with the Perugia Chamber of Commerce since 1993 and works as an auditor for public entities and corporations at regional and national levels. He has gained significant experience as a technical consultant for the Court and the Perugia Public Prosecutor's Office. In parallel, he has been involved in business management and administration of companies active in the service and senior citizen sectors. Giovanni Fulci holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and specializes as a Business Analyst.

Angela FLORIO
Alternate Auditor

Angela Florio is a certified public accountant and auditor with extensive experience in tax and corporate consulting. She has held positions as a member of boards of statutory auditors in several companies, performing statutory auditing activities. In addition, she is a court-appointed technical consultant for the Court of Rome, with specific expertise in economic-financial matters. Angela Florio holds a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and is a member of the Register of Chartered Accountants and the Register of Auditors.

Maurizio ACCARINO
Alternate Auditor

Maurizio Accarino is a certified public accountant and auditor with consolidated experience in tax and corporate consulting. He has held positions on several boards of auditors, dealing with statutory audits. He is also a court-appointed technical consultant for the Court of Rome, specializing in economic-financial matters. Maurizio Accarino holds a degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and is enrolled in both the Register of Chartered Accountants and the Register of Auditors.
